Tracking guide, also known as V-guide, is an extruded profile designed as a matching component for light-duty PVC and PU conveyor belts. Its primary function is to guide conveyor belts for stable operation and prevent belt wandering, ensuring consistent and smooth material transport across a wide range of light-duty conveying systems.

We manufacture PVC and PU tracking guides / V-guides in a full range of sizes. Available colours are mainly white, green, transparent and blue, other colours can be customised upon request. Profiles are mainly V-shaped, square and rectangular.

Raw materials are sourced from reputable large manufacturers and supplied with material certificates. All raw materials are pelletised in-house, enabling full control over colour, hardness and functional properties from the source. Finished V-guides can be formulated for oil and fat resistance, cold resistance, hydrolysis resistance and anti-static performance to suit diverse working conditions.

With over ten years of experience manufacturing extruded profiles, we produce tracking guides to globally recognised standard dimensions. Custom extruded profiles with special cross-sections are also available on request.
